MANUFACTURING

EPSI and TAIRIS products are designed and manufactured in Greece at our factory in the Industrial Park of Schisto. Our production facilities cover an area of 3200m² and are constantly modernised and enlarged. Not only do we produce and design standardised product lines but also custom or specialised systems to fit customer needs. We are experienced in both land and marine applications.

Our production processes have been based and certified according to the international standard ISO9001 for more than 25 years. Quality, reliability and safety are basic principles that we always adhere to and so we apply:

• A policy of traceability and easy access to spare parts, upgrades and refitting of each system. 
• A strict 100% testing policy for each product coming out of the production floor. If required we are able to offer third party classifications.
• Service-technician centred design. Easy access into each machine component for fast and trouble-free maintenance is something that we always strive to achieve in each system we produce.

All of our products are CE marked and where required are compliant with the Ecodesign regulations. Additionally, each delivered system is followed by the individual component certifications, electrical and piping drawings, and instruction manuals in Greek / English languages.

Environmental consciousness and sustainability are important values that we follow and apply to our designs. Our products include energy saving technics and subsystems such as:

• Mechanical or electronic capacity regulation
• Electronic expansion valves
• Dynamic condensing setpoint (floating condensation)
• Electronic fans EC
• Heat recovery
• Liquid line subcooling and suction superheating sub-systems
• Specialised high efficiency heat exchangers depending on application
